Harare, Zimbabwe – (African Boulevard News) – An experienced politician with decades of activism under his belt, Nelson Chamisa, Zimbabwe’s 45-year-old opposition leader, is still known to many as “mukomana” or “the young man”. Chamisa, a former student leader turned pastor, is making waves in Zimbabwe’s political landscape as he aims for an upset in the upcoming polls.
With the country’s economy in turmoil and widespread discontent with the ruling party, Chamisa has emerged as a formidable challenger to President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
