Accra, Ghana – (African Boulevard News) – As the Ghana Premier League draws closer to its end, the situation for Oda-based team, Kotoku Royals, seems dire. According to mathematical calculations, the team will be relegated at the end of the season, barring any unforeseen circumstance. However, the coach of the team, Raymond Fenny, has declared that it won’t be over until the final day matches are played.

Fenny made the statement during a press conference after the team’s recent match against Asante Kotoko, which they lost 2-1. The coach explained that although the situation looks bleak for the team, they still have a fighting chance to escape relegation if they win all their remaining games.

“As a coach, I always tell my players that it’s not over until the final whistle is blown. We still have four games left to play, and we are going to approach each game with the same intensity and determination we have shown throughout the season,” said Fenny.

The coach also expressed confidence in his team’s ability to beat the odds and secure their place in the league for next season. He praised the players for their commitment and hard work, despite the challenges they have faced during the season.

“Our players have shown a lot of resilience and fighting spirit, and that is what is going to see us through these last few games. We know what is at stake, and we are going to give it our all,” added Fenny.

Kotoku Royals currently sit at the bottom of the league table with 21 points, three points behind the team above them, Accra Great Olympics. The team’s remaining fixtures are against Liberty Professionals, Ebusua Dwarfs, WAFA, and Bechem United. They will need to win all four games to stand any chance of avoiding relegation.

In conclusion, the situation may look bleak for Kotoku Royals, but the coach’s declaration and his players’ determination to fight for survival, show that anything can happen on the final day of the Ghana Premier League. As the team prepares for their remaining games, fans and supporters will be hoping and praying that they can pull off an unlikely escape from relegation.
